Terms of use

These terms cover this website. They are not a management contract. Any work we do together is agreed in a separate signed document.

  1. 01/The studio

    Cupid Talent is an independent professional studio. We manage and grow pages for adult creators on OnlyFans and other premium platforms, worldwide.

    We are not OnlyFans, Fansly, or any other platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of those companies. Using this site or working with us does not create a relationship between you and those platforms beyond the accounts you already hold.

  2. 02/Adults only

    This site and our services are strictly for people aged 18 or over. By using the site or applying, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are authorised to discuss the page you tell us about.

    We do not work with minors. We do not accept applications on behalf of anyone under 18.

  3. 03/What this site is — and is not

    This website is an introduction to the studio. Submitting an application is a request for a conversation, not an offer, not a contract, and not a guarantee we will take you on.

    If we both want to proceed, we will put the work in a written management agreement: services, commission, what you still own, how we leave. Until that is signed, we do not run your page.

    Nothing on this site is a promise of income, ranking, or results. We work to grow you; platforms, audiences, and the work itself decide the numbers.

  4. 04/Applications

    Applications are treated as confidential inside the studio. Do not send passwords in the form — if we work together, access is handled in onboarding, not in an open note.

    You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send, and for having the right to share it.

  5. 05/Using the site

    Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no attempting to break it, no sending unlawful or harmful material, and no applying if you are under 18.

    The name, mark, and writing on this site belong to Cupid Talent. You may not copy them as your own.

  6. 06/Liability

    The site is provided as a professional introduction. We take care over it, but we do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free.

    To the fullest extent the law allows, Cupid Talent is not liable for losses that arise from your use of this website alone. That does not exclude liability we are not allowed to exclude — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

    The management agreement, if we sign one, is the document that governs the actual work.

  7. 07/Changes and contact

    We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the current version.
