1. 01/Who we are

   Cupid Talent is an independent creator-management studio. We help adult creators run and grow their pages on OnlyFans and other premium platforms. We are not owned by, partnered with, or endorsed by OnlyFans or any other platform.

2. 02/Who this is for

   This site and our services are for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we will not manage an account for anyone under 18. If we learn that an applicant is under 18, we delete that information and close the conversation.

3. 03/What we collect

   If you apply, we ask for your name, email address, handle or profile link, a sense of current monthly revenue, what you want us to run, and any note you choose to add. If you email us instead, we keep whatever you send.

   If we work together, we will also need what the job requires — for example platform logins you choose to share, identity documents to confirm you are 18, and operational details about the page. That sits under a separate signed agreement, not these site terms.

   This website may store a copy of a submitted application in your browser so you can see the confirmation. That copy stays on your device.

4. 04/Why we use it

   We use application details to see whether we are a fit, to reply to you, and — only if we both agree to work together — to run the studio relationship. We use identity checks solely to confirm age and that you are authorised to engage us.

   We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising networks.

5. 05/Sharing

   We share information only when we must: with people inside the studio who need it to do the work; with platforms you already use, at your instruction; with professional advisers under confidentiality; or if the law requires it.

   Because we work with creators globally, authorised people in the studio may review an application from a country other than yours. We take care to keep that access limited and secure.

6. 06/How long we keep it

   If we do not take you on, we keep the application only as long as we need to close the loop and keep a short record that we replied — then we delete it, unless the law says we must hold it longer.

   If we work together, retention follows the signed agreement and the records we are required to keep (including age verification).

7. 07/Your rights

   Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it. In the UK and the EEA you also have the rights set out under UK GDPR / GDPR, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

8. 08/Security

   Creator accounts and inboxes are sensitive. We limit who can see them, we do not treat logins casually, and we expect the same care from anyone who works with us. No method of transmission is perfect; we still take the duty seriously.
