How we work

Creator Protection

No upfront management fee. Cupid earns when you earn. Nothing is accessed or operated until it is agreed in writing.

01

No upfront fee

There is no management fee to start. We do not charge you to take you on.

02

We earn when you earn

Cupid is paid from the work we help produce. If the page is not earning, we are not taking a cut.

03

The percentage is in writing first

Our management percentage is agreed in a written contract before we access or operate anything.

How the work is held

The page is yours. The rules are written.

  • 01

    You keep visibility

You can see what we are doing and how your account is performing. Reporting is part of the service — not a favour, and not optional.

  • 02

    Nothing without agreement

Your boundaries, content limits, and messaging rules are agreed during onboarding. We do not post, sell, or say anything you have not authorised.

  • 03

    You can leave

Termination terms are written clearly into your agreement: notice, handover, and what happens to the account. You are not held by silence or small print.

Access

Your credentials are protected

Account access is treated as a professional duty, not a casual login. We never ask for a password on this website, in an application, or in a first email.

  1. 01 / No access before the agreement

We do not log in, post, message, or change settings until a written management agreement is signed. The application form is not access.

  2. 02 / You remain the owner

The account stays yours. The registered email and recovery details remain under your control unless we agree a change in writing.

  3. 03 / A unique working password

At onboarding we set a unique password for the working login — not one you use anywhere else. We do not send passwords over open email, DMs, or chat.

  4. 04 / Locked storage, named people

That password lives only in a locked password manager. Only the named operators on your account can open it. It is not kept in a spreadsheet, a Slack channel, or a personal notes app.

  5. 05 / Two-factor stays on

Two-factor authentication remains enabled. If the studio needs a code to log in, we set up a dedicated authenticator for that account with you — codes are not forwarded from your personal phone.

  6. 06 / No sharing outside Cupid

Logins are not given to freelancers, “partners,” or anyone outside the studio. If we ever need a specialist on your page, that is agreed with you first.

  7. 07 / Handover when we part

When the agreement ends we rotate the password, return two-factor to you, remove studio access, and confirm in writing that you have sole control before we close the file.

The agreement

Before we manage anything

You receive a written agreement. It explains the relationship in plain language. We do not operate the page until you have it, and until you have signed.

Read it. Then talk.

If this is how you want the work held, send an application. We will not ask for access until you have a written agreement in hand.
